Founded in 2025 by Luis Silva, Southern Crux Geomatics Services focuses on simplifying data workflows in land and pipeline surveys. We understand the complexity and precision required to produce spatial reconstructions that meet industry standards. Recognizing that point cloud scans are often heavy and taxing on computing systems, our primary objective is to streamline this process by converting dense point cloud data into manageable 3D surface models, improving efficiency without compromising accuracy.

As a young and dynamic company, we leverage our adaptability, flexibility, and agility to consistently deliver efficient, timely, and reliable solutions. Our services are carefully tailored to meet the continuously evolving and diverse needs of our valued clients, ensuring precision and quality in every project we undertake.

In addition to our core offerings, we specialize in transforming complex data sources into accurate and usable 3D models. By processing LiDAR point clouds, as-built surveys, and inline inspection (ILI) data, we generate reliable digital representations that are significantly lighter and more practical than raw datasets. After processing, we apply machine learning techniques to automatically identify and classify objects within the models, enhancing accuracy and providing actionable insights. To further support our clients, we leverage our own in-house applications and, when required, develop custom code that integrates seamlessly with platforms such as Civil3D, Map3D, or ArcGIS Pro. This approach reduces processing time and costs while ensuring that the final outputs align with each project’s specific requirements.
